Thank you for purchasing this Macrom product. Should your product need
warranty service, please return it to the shop where you buy it or to the
Macrom distributor in your country. The warranty does not cover damage
due to improper use and or installation, incorrect connections to power
supply, exposure to excessive humidity, unauthorized repair attempts or
modifications.
Warning
Before starting installation, disconnect the cable from the negative battery
terminal to avoid short circuits during installation.
This product must be installed properly by an authorized Macrom
installer. Improper installation can damage the unit and / or the vehicle.
This product can only be used inside the vehicle.
Check electrical connections and driveability before installing.
The power of the received signal may vary depending on the following
causes:
- Recommended dimensions for installation do not comply.
- Shielded, reflective or darkened windows with film.
- Antenna cable overlap with other electrical wiring of the vehicle.
- Noise produced by the windscreen wiper.
- Direction of the transmission station with respect to the position of the
antenna.
Do not install the product on movable parts such as windor or door
deflector.
Installation of this product may not be suitable for certain types of vehicles.

For safety reasons, the antenna must be installed on the passenger side.
To ensure optimum reception, spacing the film antenna from the top of the
glass by 150mm and position it in more than 70mm from the side end of
the glass.
Spin any other aerial of at least 100mm.
NOTE:
Be sure to check the installation location of the film antenna.
The antenna can not be re-glued.

Before gluing the parts, advise you to clean surfaces with detergent
(eg alcohol).
Heat the surfaces to allow good adhesion of the
components. Position the antenna respecting the
recommended distance. Paste the foil for the ground
connection to the front upright. Paste the amplifier and then
the antenna film
Make sure the antenna cable does not interfere with the airbag.

The DAB application is preloaded on the device.
Touch the DAB icon on the main
interface to enter DAB mode.
You can also touch the DAB icon
on the application page.
If you want to use another application related to the DAB function, make
sure that it is compatible with the Android system and that the functions
are supported correctly.
Installation
Connect the DAB module to the DAB antenna supplied in the package.
Connect the micro USB to the DAB device and the USB to one of the
USB sockets of the central unit.

equipment - DAB+ receiver, model M-AN.DAB, brand Macrom -
complies with the 2014/53 / EU Directive.

DAB antenna
To the USB main unit.
1. Remove the protective film from the foil for mass connection and apply
pressure on it to evenly apply the surface to the upright.
2. Gently remove the protective film during application and apply pressure
on it to evenly apply the antenna to the glass.
