Valves
THERMOSTATIC DIVERTER or
MIXING VALVE
Operation
The EDV is a twin seat valve with an intermediate
cone of EPDM rubber that closes flow to both gates
at the end position and directs flow as required.
This valve can be used with any of the Macon elec-
tric or nonelectric thermostats.
Areas of Use
Three way valves are designed for mixing or di-
verting flows in various water based heat or cooling
transmission systems, such as radiator loops, floor
heating, heat exchangers, solar heat collectors, wa-
ter heaters, etc.
