5 Troubleshooting
Check the output voltage of the 24V power supply. The following causes are
inferred.
The main power supply is faulty.
The board in the instrument is faulty.
The wiring is abnormal.
1434 Error: QP 48V power supply malfunction.
The QP 48V power supply malfunction.
Check the output voltage of the QP 48V power supply. The following causes are
inferred.
The main power supply is faulty.
The System I/O board or QP AMP unit is faulty.
The wiring is abnormal.
1435 Error: Plasma RF 48V power supply malfunction.
The Plasma RF 48V power supply malfunction.
Check the output voltage of the Plasma RF 48V power supply. The following
causes are inferred.
The main power supply is faulty.
The plasma RF generator unit is faulty.
The wiring is abnormal.
1436 Error: 75V power supply malfunction.
The 75V power supply malfunction.
Check the output voltage of the 75V power supply. The following causes are
inferred.
The main power supply is faulty.
The System I/O board is faulty.
The turbo pump is faulty.
The wiring is abnormal.
1440* Error: Cooling water (IF) flow rate is too low. Spray chamber
temperature control turned OFF.
The flow rate of the cooling water (IF) is below the limit, and the cooling of the
spray chamber is stopped.
Check the flow rate of the cooling water. The following causes are inferred.
The power of the cooling water chiller is not switched on.
The cooling water valve is closed.
The cooling water is insufficient (possibility of a water leak).
Clogged cooling water tubing and a leak.
The cooling strainer is clogged.
Faulty cooling water chiller.
