MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
2. Remove four bolts (A) attaching reel tube to U-joint (B).

3. Move right-hand reel sideways to separate the reel
tube (A) and U-joint (B).
4. Remove the chain (C).
5. Route new chain (C) over U-joint (B) and locate
on sprockets.

6. Positi
on right-hand reel tube (A) again st reel drive and
engage
stub shaft into U-joint (B) pilot hole.
7. Rotate
reel until holes in end of reel tube and U-joint
line up
.
8. Apply
Loctite
®
#243 (or equivalent) to four 1/2 in.
bolts
(A) and install with lock washers.
9. Torqu
e to 75–85 ft·lbf (102–115 N·m).
