Reel fore-aft
Plastic Wear Plate on Cutterbar
The plastic wear plate is used to reduce wear
on the underside of the cutterbar when cutting
low to the ground. When cutting crops low to
the ground, the ideal combination is the plastic
wear plate and gauge wheels. Do not use the
plastic wear plates with skid shoes.

Skid Shoes
The skid shoes help provide extra support on
the ends of the header when cutting on uneven
ground. Because of their location at the front of
the header, the skid shoes won’t allow the
header to cut as low to the ground as when us-
ing the plastic wear plate.

Electric Reel Fore-Aft
The electric reel fore-aft employs an electric ac-
tuator on each side of the reel to provide on the
go reel position adjustment.
