The worm gear steering gives the operator pre-
cise steering control. The movement of the
steering wheel closely resembles actual tractor
movement. The steering wheel movement in
the field is reduced, and steering action on the
road is more predictable. The worm gears are
enclosed, containing lubrication and reducing
wear. The operator can keep better control of
the machine at high field and road speeds with
less effort, reducing fatigue.
