SONOCRAFT Model ST-60
With 40 watts of power, SonoCraft ST-60 works on gold, silver, platinum and other hard
metals. Burnishes out RP marks leaving a smooth shiny surface. Cleans and burnishes even
faster than the ST-50 but also does intricate engraving and bead tightening. 4 Ultrasonic
Modes make this a very versatile system, all controlled by the foot switch:
Single Hit Mode: Tightens beads on to stones with minimal or no touchup needed.
Intermittent Mode (Slow): Slowly repeating impacts for light engraving.
Intermittent Mode (Rapid): Rapidly repeating impacts for engraving.
Continuous Mode: Constant fast impact for burnishing and polishing.
SONOCRAFT III Model ST-50
The powerful SonoCraft III ST-50 has a full 30 watts of power making it ideal for work-
ing on gold, silver and softer metals. Features an adjustable output knob for increasing
vibration strength for jobs that need more power such as burnishing castings or under
cathedral settings, and for decreasing vibration strength for delicate jobs such as bur-
nishing tiny settings or cleaning up rails. Utilizes highly polished carbide tool tip (sold
separately below).

SonoCraft Ultrasonic Polishers – Gesswein brings ultrasonic polishing to jewelers!
Traditionally used to finish metal molds & dies, ultrasonic polishing enables precision finishing in the tiniest areas! Our new SonoCraft Polishers use high-frequency low-amplitude
ultrasonic vibration to reach into the tiniest places to clean, burnish, even engrave – leaving an extremely bright burnished surface. These are reciprocating (hammer) handpieces with
an ultrasonic stroke length so tiny and vibration so fast that it's almost invisible so you maintain full control over your work for exceptional accuracy. These are critical factors when
working in small areas. There is very little vibration transmitted through the handpiece so it can be used comfortably for long periods of time. Made in Japan.
Why Do You Need SonoCraft?
• SonoCraft brightly polishes inside the tiniest areas and most intricate designs (areas so small they are often left raw or sandblasted) to improve the quality of your finished jewelry.
• SonoCraft replaces abrasives which can mar or blur delicate or intricate designs because it quickly burnishes down burs and rough surfaces and leaves a smooth shiny finish.
• SonoCraft cleans up and burnishes RP (rapid prototyping) castings, leaving a uniform smooth surface.
• SonoCraft removes excess material after laser filling porosity holes, and burnishes the material deep into the hole so it doesn't open up later.
• SonoCraft polishes in and around beads to achieve the highest possible shine on pave and micro pave settings.
• SonoCraft Model ST-60 does light engraving jobs and has enough power to burnish beads onto stones.
