Regression Methods
There are four regression methods.
 Linear (semilog)
 Point-to-point (semilog)
 Logistic
 Cubic spline

Quantity Tools
You can quantify bands in test samples automatically using either the Relative or
Absolute tab under Quantity Tools.
Relative Quantity Tab
To compare the relative quantities of bands
1. Select the Relative tab.
2. Click Select.
