1. Disassemble and clean all the components inside the front housing with pressured air.
2. Take the piston assembly apart from the air cylinder, clean and apply some pneumatic oil
to both piston and cylinder walls.
3. Rehabilitate the tool by assembling everything back reversely.
4. Refer to the supplied parts list to perform the proper maintenance process before using
this tool.
5. Repeat the same process periodically for regular tool maintenance.
6. Follow all the recycling laws of waste disposal once this tool is no longer usable.
These two different housings are easy to be
identified by the internal diameters. Both of them
are supplied together with each PA-201.
To prevent premature failure of the housing, the
operator is required to use the proper jaw housing
based on the rivet size being used.

Reference:
1. The large jaw housing assembly includes
components PA-201P03, P04 & P05.
This is suitable for rivet sizes of 6.4mm, 6.0mm or
4.8mm.
2. The small jaw housing assembly includes
components PA-201P3A, P4A & P5A.
This is suitable for rivet sizes of 4.0mm, 3.2mm or
2.4mm.
Procedure to change the Jaw Housing Assembly:
Step1: Use Multi-Wrench (B) / PA-201P55 to
remove the Front Housing / PA-201P02.
Step2: Hold still the Jaw Housing Coupler / PA-
201P07 with the supplied Multi-Wrench (B) / PA-
201P55 and disassemble the Jaw Housing / PA-
201P03 with the Multi-Wrench (A) / PA-201P54.
Step3: Reverse the procedure to assemble all
the components for the Jaw Housing selected.
Note: Please refer to the parts list to indentify the
parts mentioned before performing all the steps.
