2.2.1 Buttons
M3 SMART has Alpha-Numeric keypad.

Button
Description
Power
Long press: Turns on/off the device.
Short press: Enters Sleep/Wake up Mode.
Numbers
Inputs umbers and characters.
To use Yellow key, you can input small and capital letters.
Backlight toggle
Short press : Reduces the backlight level to 5% and/or turns on
the backlight
Long press : Turns off the backlight completely
Send & End
Display phone keypad or call the phone..
Application can be run if it is a non-phone version.
Soft 1&2
Use specific command or menu.
Navigation Keys
Move to up/right/down/left.
Scan Button
Ready to scan the barcode when ‘ScanEmul’ or demo application
is running.
