The application engineers answer questions regarding 
equipment installation, programming, system design, 
troubleshooting, and inter-system compatibility. 
Questions cover topics such as radio controls, security 
systems, access controls, door operators, gate 
operators, audio or video equipment, and accessories. 
Often, installers simply need fast help with their 
installation issues so they can complete the job and 
continue on to the next installation. Linear’s quality 
and professional technical support staff provides  
that service.
The new extended Technical Services Department 
telephone service hours (5:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific 
Time) will be of value to nationwide installers and 
company representatives alike. West Coast callers 
will be able to call as early as 5:00 am local time, 
and East Coast callers will be able to call as late as 
7:30 p.m. local time.
