IMPORTANT

• Allow panels to reach room temperature before installation.

• Read installation instructions carefully before starting project.

• Keep instructions for warranty information.

• Peel back protective lm to verify color before installation.

• Do not use plumber’s putty. Will cause product failure and void warranty. Use a high

grade silicone caulk for all necessary locations.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. PREPARING ALCOVE + Strip alcove to bare studs. + Stud pocket should be constructed as shown on Page #1. Studs should be plumb and square to sub-floor. + Check that there are no screws, nails or staples in the studs that would interfere with the bathtub or wall installation. + For new construction, place studs as shown above in appropriate stud layout. FIGURE 1. Check that studs are plumb with floor. + Check that the sub floor is level and studs are plumb to the sub floor.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (continued) MARK TOP OF STUD + Position left side panel in place and press firmly against studs to assure full contact with polystyrene compatible adhesive. CENTER ASSEMBLED WALL ON SHOWER + Reposition shims as needed. + Push panels firmly into place and align the front of the panels and the front of the bathtub. + With panels properly positioned and shimmed, screw front flanges of panels to studs. + Screw top flange of panels to all studs.
