LIMITED WARRANTY
NOTE: This warranty should be completed immediately and retained by the owner for
presentation in the event of a warranty failure
As policy, G/G Industries, located at 28545 Livingston Ave., Valencia, CA 91355 hereafter
referred to as G/G, recommends that all customers perform a 100% wet test of the finished
system on which the pump is installed prior to shipment from their premises. For custom-
ers that perform 100% wet test of the finished systems on which the pump is installed prior
to shipment from the premises, G/G warrants their UL recognized pumps under normal
intended use against failure in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the
date of manufacture. The G/G warranty will cover repair or replacement as determined by
G/G.
For those customers that elect not to perform a 100% wet test of the finished systems on
which a pump is installed prior to shipment from their premises, G/G will warrant their UL
recognized pumps under normal intended use against failure in materials or workmanship
for one year while in the customer’s premises only. G/G will not extend a warranty for any
pumps that have left a customer’s premises. G/G warranty will cover repair or replacement
as determined by G/G.
NOTE: For definition purposes, “100% wet test” is intended to mean that all of the fin-
ished products containing a G/G pump are operated with water similar to its intended use
and tested for water leaks after final assembly and before leaving the customer’s premises.
EXCLUSIONS
A. There is no warranty for failure resulting from negligence, abuse, alteration or modifica-
tion, misapplication, improper installation, misuse, water damage, chemical corrosion or
damage caused by installation outside of local codes.
B. After the warranty period expires, there will be a charge for repairs and/or replacements.
C. No one is authorized to make any other warranties on G/G’s Industries behalf.
D. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
PROCEDURES FOR THE WARRANTY CLAIM
Any claim made under this warranty should be made to the distributor or the original equip-
ment manufacturer from whom the item was purchased. All items covered by this warranty
must be made available for exchange and are subject to validation by G/G Industries.
NOTE: If you are returning product to G/G Industries, please call for your RETURN
GOODS AUTHORIZATION # (R.G.A.#). No item will be accepted without a R.G.A.#.

If repair or replacement is covered under warranty, return freight will be prepaid to the
original end use purchaser, his distributor or the original equipment manufacturer. All war
-
ranties written, expressed or implied are F.O.B., G/G Industries.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
The owner assumes all responsibility for labor incurred for removal and reinstallation of
repaired or replaced items, unless there is service labor agreement between the original end
use purchaser and his distributor or the original equipment manufacturer.
OTHER RIGHTS
This warranty gives you specific rights, but you may have other legal rights, which may
vary by state.
