SAFETY INFORMATION Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. WARNING Safety glasses should be worn at all times during installation. CAUTION Two people are required to lift glass panel during installation. It is heavy and will break if dropped. PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Note: Instructions show right-side installation. Reverse for left-side installation. 1. Measure bottom finished opening. Using handsaw (not included), cut threshold (D) to 1/16 in. less than finished opening measurement. 1 D 2. Run a bead of silicone caulk (not included) along bottom lip of threshold (D) and place on shower base threshold with the caulk bead facing the outside of shower opening. Press firmly against the entire length of threshold (D).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. Set pivot jamb (A) on threshold (D) flush to the inside edge of the lip. Use a level to ensure pivot jamb (A) is plumb. Using a pencil (not included), mark the five pre-drilled hole locations. Remove pivot jamb (A). Using a drill (not included), drill holes approximately 1-1/2 in. deep into each marking. NOTE: If installing into tile, use 1/4 in. masonry bit (not included) and proceed to step 5a. If installing into an acrylic or fiberglass shower enclosure, use 1/8 in.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 6. Slide magnetic vinyl strip (H) along the right side of glass panel (B). Install handle (HH) into pre-drilled hole on glass panel (B). Slide vinyl sweep (C) along the bottom of glass panel (B). Slide vinyl sweep (JJ) on the bottom corner of glass panel (B).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 8. Move glass panel (B) to closed position. Using a pencil, mark along the outside glass panel (B) for placement of magnetic strike in step 11. 8 B H 9. Set strike adjustment rail (E) along mark made in step 8. Use a level to ensure strike adjustment rail (E) is plumb. Mark the three pre-drilled hole locations. Remove strike adjustment rail (E). Using a drill, drill holes approximately 1-1/2 in. deep into each marking. NOTE: if installing into tile, use 1/4 in.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 10b. Acrylic and fiberglass installation: Place strike adjustment rail (E) back into place. Tighten 1-1/2 in. screws (GG) with Phillips screwdriver into each drilled hole. Press screw caps (EE) over each 1-1/2 in. screws (GG). Note: When installing strike adjustment rail (E), the small holes along the side must face the inside of shower enclosure 10b GG E EE Hardware Used GG 1-1/2 in. Screw x3 EE Screw Cap x3 11. Slide magnetic strike (F) over strike adjustment rail (E).

FINAL ADJUSTMENTS AA II H A B B F E Close door to verify that the magnetic strike (F) is flush from top to bottom with magnetic vinyl strip (H). If glass door is uneven, loosen screws from top of pivot bracket arm (AA). Remove glass panel from frame. Using hex key (II), loosen bottom and/or top pivot pins. Reposition pin and then tighten using hex key (II). Do not overtighten pins. Important: Do not adjust pins while door is still in frame. This will cause glass panel (B) to slip and fall.
