SmartGrill uses patented variable infrared burners. 
Doing an acve cooking process, you will see the 
burners brighten and dim as the MyChef operang 
system regulates the cooking temperature. Do not be 
concerned, this is absolutely the intendedfuncon of 
SmartGrill. 
