“A lot of people tend to forget about the rotisserie.
To me, it’s one of the coolest things on our Lynx
grills. I love that I can set 2 or 3 whole chickens in
there, close the hood and exactly one hour and
fifteen minutes later, they are perfectly cooked—
juicy inside and golden crisp outside. Same thing
goes with a big prime rib roast, for example. A little
garlic, rosemary, and salt. Two hours later, you have
a delicious juicy roast with a beautiful char on the
outside. It is also mesmerizing to watch as your
food rotates and bastes itself with its own juices.
