Unselecting the Playlist or pressing the Record button will revert to “Session” mode, making the playlist no
longer active.
Playlists names can be changed by pressing the Function button until the pencil icon is highlighted then press
the Select button.
If the playlist is renamed to “AutoStart”, each time the microSD card is inserted in the Aurora
(n)
and each time
the Aurora
(n)
is powered on, the playlist will automatically start playing from the first track.
Playlists can be hidden by pressing the Function button until the “-” icon is highlighted then press the Select
button. The playlist is simply renamed with a “.” as the first letter so it is ignored by the Aurora
(n)
.
6.2.15 Settings
The “Settings” page is where several features of the Aurora
(n)
can be customized to fit your desired work
flow.
Phones Source: Allows the user to set the Basic or Advanced phone source page is shown when the
Phones Source button is pressed. Please note that when using NControl the Aurora
(n)
will only show
changes in NControl when using the Phones Source Advanced page.
TBT Meter (or USB / Dante / HD Meter): The LSlot meters can either be down on a Separate page or
Combined with the Line I/O meters on a single page, depending on channel count. If the number of
channels exceed the number that can fit on a single page, the Combined option is greyed out.
RE click: Determines what clicking the Rotary Encoder does on the meters pages. The options are:
o Function: Will show the Function Menu.
o Preamp: If a LM-PRE4 board is installed) will show the Preamp page.
o DIM: Will reduce the volume of the Monitor Out by 20dB.
o Nothing: Will do nothing when the rotary encoder is clicked. This prevents an inadvertent rotary
encoder bump from changing settings on the Aurora
(n)
.
