removing the power supply. In this mode, the RF
part of the module will not work or the USIM card will
not be accessible, orboth RF part and USIM card will
be closed, and the serial port is still accessible. The
power consumption in this mode is lower than normal
mode.
Power off
Through the "AT + CPOF" command or lower
PWRKEY pin can power off L508. At this mode, the
module of internal power supply will be closed, and
the system is stop running also. The UART and USB
are unavailable.
Sleep mode
In sleep mode, the module power consumption to a
minimum, but the module is still able to receive
paging information and SMS.
