Sweet potato and cauliflower purée
Ingredients: 1 small sweet potato (approx. 130 g)
100 g cauliflower
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Portions: 3
♦ Wash and peel the potato. Remove the stalks from the cauliflower.
♦ Cut the ingredients into pieces of approximately 1 × 1 cm.
♦ Cook all the ingredients for 20 minutes.
♦ After steaming, tip the remaining water out of the container
and add
around 50 ml drinking water to the container
.
♦ Place all the ingredients in the container
and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
Apple sauce
Ingredients: 1½ apples (approx. 250 g)
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Portions: 4
♦ Wash, peel and core the apples.
♦ Cut the apples into pieces of approximately 1 × 1 cm.
♦ Cook the apples for 10 minutes.
♦ After steaming, tip the remaining water out of the container
and add
around 20 ml drinking water to the container .
♦ Place all the ingredients in the container
and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
