Place the cover assembly on the top
of the truck bed next to the cab.

If a gap exists between the
cover (Item A) and the bulk-
head proceed to step 1C. If
not, proceed to Step 2.

Make sure there is no dust or debris on the front rail.Turn cover
over, apply supplied foam tape (Item B) to front rail of Item A and
trim to fit. Flip Cover over and place on truck as shown in step
1A. then proceed to Step 2.

Note: If vehicle is not equipped with Cargo
Management System, proceed to step 2.

Disassemble adaptor assemblies (Item C). Measure from tailgate towards front of vehicle for “Dimension 1” and from bulkhead towards rear of
vehicle for “Dimension 2”. Depending on the vehicle bed length (see dimension table), the measurements will vary. Once measurements are made
install adaptor assemblies (Item C) as shown in inset, torque bolts to 30-50 in.lbs (3.5 - 5.7 N.m). Repeat adaptor installation for opposite side of
vehicle.
