Attention Receiver:
This shipment has been carefully inspected and has left our facility in good condition.
CAUTION:
Please unpack all cartons carefully. Examine all the packaging material thoroughly
before disposing of it. Missing goods are frequently found in the packing material,
especially small parts.
IF GOODS ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR SHORT, PLEASE OBSERVE THE
FOLLOWING PROCEDURES:
1. All claims for shortages must be within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns or exchanges will not be honored if you notify us past the grace period.
2. If you believe the merchandise is damaged due to freight handling, notify the
delivery driver if possible. Set aside the damaged items in their original inner and
outer factory cartons for possible inspection or return to vendor. Do not discard
damaged items without prior authorization.
Warranty Information:
Your products have been carefully examined and inspected at the time of manufacturing
and warranted to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. Each
product is further warranted to function properly under normal conditions of use for a
period of 90 days from the date of consumer purchase or receipt. This warranty is not
valid if the product is misused, abused, or tampered with. In the event that repair or
