Symptom Possible problem Solution
Fluid dripping from the sample
probe.
The sample probe is clogged Clean the sample probe. See
instructions.
The sample three-way valve is
faulty.
Contact Technical Support.
Fluid is leaking from the front of
the analyzer.
The syringe seal leaks. Replace the syringe seal. See
instructions.
The syringe valve leaks. Hand-tighten the syringe
connection (silver knob) on the
syringe valve. Run a Prime. If
leaks continue, contact
Technical Support.
Sample Probe
Problems with the sample probe can lead to fluid leaks and pressurization problems, as well
as inhibit sample acquisition.
Symptom Possible problem Solution
Sample probe leaks. The sample probe is clogged. Clean the sample probe. See
the section titled Clean the
Sample Probe.
Sample arm is stuck in the up
position.
The system isn’t properly
pressurized.
Check pressure settings. Ensure
that the sample probe is not
clogged and there are no leaks
in the syringe seal or syringe
valve.
