Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance and cleaning of the Luminex 100 analyzer
should be performed in order to preserve the analyzers longevity
and reliability.The maintenance log at the end of this chapter will
help you to keep track of when maintenance procedures are
performed. It lists and defines the frequency of each task.
This section describes the following maintenance procedures:

Calibrate
Sanitize
Clean Accessible Surfaces
Clean Sample Probe
Replace Air Intake Filterss
Replace Syringe Seal
Clean Luminex 100 Analyzer Ventilation Filter
Change Sheath Filter
Change Fuses
Adjust Sample Probe Vertical Height

O NOT REMOVE THE ANALYZER COVER!
Startup Perform the entire startup procedure on a daily basis.
1. Turn on the analyzer and PC.
2. Click Warmup.
