Troubleshooting the
Luminex 100 IS
Customer support is available to users in the U.S. and Canada by
calling 1-877-785-BEAD (-2323) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and
7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Users outside of
the U.S. and Canada can call us at +1 512-381-4397 between the

Problem Diagnosis Use these tools for assistance in diagnosing instrument- and
kit-related problems:
• system calibrators
• system controls
• assay standards
• assay controls
• error messages
Review reports routinely to detect trends.
Use xMAP system control microspheres to check the success of the
system calibration and for troubleshooting purposes. If there is a
problem with your kit results, xMAP controls can determine if the
problem is instrument related.
