Toolbar Figure 24 shows the Luminex 100 IS Main window toolbar.

The operation of these toolbar commands is described later in this
chapter.
Single Step Select the Single Step option from the toolbar if you want to pause
the system in between each command or sample acquisition within a
batch. If you enable the single step option, the system pauses
