Troubleshooting the
Luminex 100 IS
System
Luminex Customer Support is available to users in the U.S. and
Canada by calling 1-877-785-BEAD (-2323) between the hours of
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Users outside of the U.S. and Canada can call us at +1-512-381-4397
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday

Problem Diagnosis Use these tools to assist in diagnosing system and kit-related
problems:

Review reports routinely to detect trends.
Use system xMAP control microspheres to check the success of the
system calibration and for troubleshooting purposes. If there is a
