13 MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS
You can place calls both from the Phone app , the People app , or other apps or widgets
that display contact information. Usually, wherever you see a phone number, you can touch it to
dial it. To make a phone call by speaking, you use the Voice Dialer app .
13.1 PLACE PHONE CALLS
CALL BY DIALING
1. From a Home or All Apps screen, touch the Phone icon .
If the Phone app opens to a list of phone numbers instead of the keypad, swipe left
or touch at the top of the screen to return to the keypad.
2. Touch the keys on the keypad to enter the number.
If you enter a wrong number, touch to erase digits one by one.
To dial an international number, touch & hold the 0 key to enter the plus (+) symbol.
Then enter the international prefix for the country followed by the full phone number.
