For your Google contacts to be added to your phone and displayed in the People app, make
sure to check Sync Contacts in the Data & Synchronization settings:
1. On a Home or All Apps screen, touch the Menu button.
2. Touch System settings.
3. Scroll down to a section called Personal, and touch Accounts & sync.
4. Touch the account whose contacts you want to sync on your phone.
5. Make sure Sync Contacts is checked.
IMPORT CONTACTS FROM A SIM CARD
1. Install the SIM card in your phone (see p. 16).
2. From a Home or All Apps screen, touch the People icon to open the app.
3. Touch the Menu button.
4. Touch Import/export.
5. Touch Import from SIM card.
6. If you are asked to choose an account, touch the account where you want to add the contacts.
7. To import contacts one at a time, touch the contacts you want to import.
To import all contacts at once, touch the Menu button, and select Import all.
