CHANGE YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH NAME
By default, your phone has a generic Bluetooth name that is visible to other Bluetooth devices when you connect them. You can change
your phone’s Bluetooth name to make it more recognizable.
1. Turn on Bluetooth as described above.
2. Under Wireless & networks, touch Bluetooth.
3. In the Bluetooth screen, touch the Menu button.
4. Touch Rename phone.
5. Touch the text field, and an onscreen keyboard will appear.
6. Enter the new name.
7. Touch Rename.
SET VISIBILITY TIMEOUT
You can set for how long your phone stays visible for other Bluetooth devices.
1. Turn on Bluetooth as described above.
2. Under Wireless & networks, touch Bluetooth.
3. In the Bluetooth screen, touch the Menu button.
4. Touch Visibility timeout.
5. Touch the desired option on the list.
