WORK WITH MESSAGES IN BATCHES
When you open a folder, check the boxes beside messages to select them.
A number of icons will appear along the bottom of the screen that allow you to perform the following actions on
all the selected messages at once:

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
Touch the icon to delete the selected messages.
Touch the icon to move the selected messages to a folder.
Touch the icon to mark the selected messages as unread.
Touch the icon to star or unstar the selected messages.
Touch the checkmark icon in the upper left corner to uncheck all the selected
messages.
TIP: No matter where you are within the Email app, you can always get back to the Inbox by touching the Email icon in the upper left corner.
