EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, AND THE
REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR,
REPLACEMENT, CREDIT AND/OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PART PURSUANT
TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN. GF HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which
vary from state to state (province to province). Some states (provinces) do not allow the exclu-
sion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitation on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty
contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior, contrary or ad-
ditional representations or understandings, whether oral or written, concerning our warranty
policy.
The warranties contained herein contain all the representations and warranties with respect
to the subject matter of this document, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and
understandings with respect thereto. The recipient of this document hereby acknowledges and
represents that it has not relied on any representation, assertion, guarantee, warranty, collat-
eral contract or other assurance, except those set out in this document.
