OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. POWER SUPPLY The power tool supply must match the nameplate date. REMOVING THE BLADE Follow steps of Tool-Free Blade Installation (above). Carefully remove the blade. 2. Experience will help you to determine the best results for a particular application. However, as a general rule, use slower speeds for harder, denser materials, and faster speeds for softer material. The variable speed feature of this jigsaw enhances the cutting performance, and saves the blade from undue wear. APPLICATIONS. 1.

When the blade touches the workpiece, continue pressing down on the toe of the steel base. Slowly pivot the saw like a hinge until the blade cuts through and the base rests flat on the workpiece. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE Maintenance and Service Before any work on the Jigsaw itself, pull the mains plug. General inspection Regularly check that all the screws are tight as they may vibrate and loosen over time. Inspect the power cable(3) prior to each use for damage or wear. Repairs should only be carried out by an qualified technician. Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal parts to wear quickly and shorten the tool’s service life.
