M330 Manual Service 37
1. Remove rear cover.
2. Attach a Clamp-On Ammeter to one of the supply wires. This meter should measure True
RMS current. Typical measurement will be between 0 and 15A. See photo below.
3. Allow the M330 to run until at least 800 °C. At this time, you should see the controller
output power demand = 100%.
4. At this time, adjust the I-max setting on SCR as shown in next picture. This should be
adjusted to obtain between 14 and 15 Amps when the controller demands 100%.

5. Replace rear cover and operate M330 as normal.
