Hand pumps with a 1,8 l reservoir has to be disassembled like shown below:
nut (Pos. 16.1), sealing ring (Pos. 15.2), base plate, at seal (Pos. 17.1), reservoir,
connecting plate and sealing (Pos. 15.1).

Hand pumps with a 3,8 l reservoir has to be disassembled like shown below:
nut (Pos. 16.1), sealing ring (Pos. 15.2), base plate, at seal (Pos. 18.1), reservoir,
connecting plate and sealing (Pos. 15.1).
5. The assembly is done in reverse order. Replace all damaged parts with new ones.
The tightening torque of the nut is 40 Nm.
