Gently pull on the tip
until it comes o. You
may need to twist
it using a back and
forth motion.

Replacing the ear tips
Hold the hearing
aid by the base
of the speaker
housing.
Align the new tip
with the dome
facing outward.
Press the new tip onto the
speaker housing until it is
fully on the receiver and the
wax stop is ush with the
entrance to the dome tip.
