Luceco Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty (“Warranty”): Subject to the exclusions set forth below, Luceco Inc. (“Luceco”) warrants that Luceco
products (“Products”) will be free from
defects in with the specificaons set forth in the documentaon published or provided with the Products (“Specificaons”) for the applicable period and subject
to the terms and condions from the date of shipment (“Warranty Period”).
LUCECO warrants cataloged Luceco products manufactured by LUCECO against defects for a maximum of three years from the date of the original shipment from
LUCECO. At LUCECO’s opon, any product proven to be defecve within the warranty period described above will either be repaired with the same or a funconally
equivalent Product(s) or component part(s), replaced, or credited. LUCECO reserves the right to replace defecve products or components ulizing the same or
funconally similar products that are new, repaired or recondioned. The original purchaser shall be responsibl
e for all costs of packaging and shipment of the
replacement Luceco Product or part to and from LUCECO’s factory.

Furnishing of a replacement Luceco Product or a replacement part under the terms of this Limited Warranty shall not begin a new warranty period related to
replacement Luceco

Contact our service department at hp://www.Luceco.com/us in order to obtain approval. This Warranty extends only to the Product(s) as delivered to, and is
for the sole and exclusive benefit of, the original end user of the Product(s) at the original locaon. This Limited Warranty extends only to Luceco’s original
purchaser. This Warranty may not be transferred or assigned by the original end user. This warrant
y only covers items manufactured by LUCECO. Warranty claims
must be submied in wring within 30 days of discovery of the failure or defect to an authorized Luceco technical support or customer service representave. The
above warranty does not include components or products not manufactured by LUCECO. These items carry the warranty of their respecve manufacturers.
Assistance with warranty claims for any such component(s), and/or copies of each applicable manufacturer’s warranty, may be obtained from an authorized Luceco
post-sales or customer service representave.
Luceco Products must be inspected and maintained at least annually. Maintenance of structural and electrical components must be conducted on a regular basis
to ensure a safe and aracve product. Luceco will not be responsible under this Warranty for any substanal deterioraon in the Product finish that is caused by
failure to clean, inspect or maintain the finish of the Product(s). LUCECO cannot wa
rrant its products against severe condions. During the Limited Warranty period
some fading, staining or chalking of the finish may occur. This is normal aging for the finish, is not a manufacturing defect, and is not covered by this Limited
Warranty.
LUCECO will warrant Luceco products provided products are properly installed following the direcons in the product’s installaon instrucons, in their intended
applicaon and used in compliance with all applicable local, state and naonal safety regulao
ns and codes, including, but not limited to, the current edion of The
Naonal Electric Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters’ Laboratory, Inc. (UL), or the standards for the American Naonal Standards Instute (ANSI).
LUCECO will not warrant products damaged due to installer connecons and/or user errors.
Both limited warranes only cover items manufactured by LUCECO. The above limited warranes also do not include equipment and components not manufactured
by LUCECO (
See above limited warranes.) The Limited Warranty also excludes damage or failure caused by acts of nature; exposure to adverse or hazardous
chemicals or other substances; falling objects; explosion; fire; vandalism; civil disturbances; failure of third party devices connected to the Luceco fixture; animal or
insect acvity; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuaons, including under/over voltage or under/over current; excessive ambient
temper
atures; induced vibraon; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the product; use of reacve cleaning agents
and/or harsh chemicals to clean the products; misuse or abuse in applicaon (see product spec sheets for applicaon guidelines), or any other such occurrences
beyond LUCECO’s control are also not warranted. No charges for rental of equipment, travel me or labor will be accepted. This Limited Warranty excludes, among
o
ther items, reimbursement for inconvenience, field labor, providing access to products (scaffolding, lis, reinstallaon, etc.), removal, loss of use, damages arising
from product failure, or any other costs or expenses. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR
WHICH IT WAS DESIGNED OR IF ANY REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS ARE MADE BY ANY PERSON NOT AUTHORIZED BY LUCECO IN WRITING.
LUCECO shall claim the warranty to be null and voi
d if the product fails due to circumstances beyond its control including damage during shipping, handling,
unpacking, or installaon; damage caused by moisture or other contaminants entrapped between protecve packaging materials and coated surface, thus
constung improper storage, prior to placement in service; damage or failure caused by acts of nature; falling objects; external forces; explosion; fire; or any other
such occurrences beyond LUCECO's control.
LUCECO reserves the right to
examine all products and/or any associated component to determine the cause of failure and paern of usage. LUCECO may require the
material be returned to LUCECO, as part of the evaluaon process. LUCECO reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether any items and components are
defecve and or covered under this warranty. LUCECO shall have the opon, in its discreon, to 1) instruct the purchaser to ship the LUCECO Product, or any part
thereof, to LUCECO at t
he purchaser’s expense, 2) to have its designated agent inspect the product at the original purchaser’s premises, or 3) to require the original
purchaser to supply to LUCECO digital photographs of the defecve LUCECO LED Product, or any part thereof.
No modificaon of this Limited Warranty shall be in effect unless issued in wring and signed by LUCECO’s authorized factory representave. No agent, salesperson,
distributor or dealer is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms
of this Limited Warranty in any manner. If the original purchaser, or subsequent purchasers,
issues a warranty to its customers that differs from this Limited Warranty, such warranty shall not amend or modify this Limited Warranty and LUCECO shall not be
responsible for any poron of the original purchaser’s, or subsequent purchaser’s, warranty.
LUCECO reserves the right to make modificaons or changes to any of its products, pricing, Limited Warranty and Terms and Condions without prior noce.
This Warranty supersedes all previous warranes. Effecve Date: 10-26-2017
