Forward
• Step Forward: Plays video frame by frame. Click the Step Forward button to advance
the video by 1 frame.
• Video Slider: Drag the slider to view different parts of the video. You must wait for
the content to download before jumping ahead of the video.
• Download Content: Click the Download Content button to reveal a list of videos
that you can download to your local hard drive. To download video, select the channel
you wish to back up, then click the download button.
