Using the On-Screen Display
Using the Menu bar
The menu bar allows you to access the main system menu, and control basic functions of
the DVR.
To access the menu bar:
1 Move the mouse cursor to the bottom portion of the screen. The menu bar appears.
About the menu bar icons
• Main Menu: Opens the DVR’s system menu.
• Split Screen buttons: View the DVR in 4 screen, 9 screen, or 16 screen split mode.
• PTZ: Opens the PTZ controls.
• Start/Stop PTZ Cruise: Start or stop the PTZ cruise function.
• Search Menu: Opens the DVR search menu. This allows you to search for saved video on the
system.
• Start/Stop Recording: Start or stop system recording on all channels.
• Sequence: Start/Stop system sequence.
• Volume: Adjust the channel volume (audio-capable cameras required, not included).
