purchase by typing in the serial number of your machine and your address

data on our Internet site

our Sales/Service partners are able to provide you with our additional

warranty service.

This Lorch product has been subjected to a strict inspection as part of the Lorch quality

assurance procedure and was carefully checked and tested. Lorch Schweißtechnik GmbH,

Im Anwänder 24 – 26, 71549 Auenwald, Germany, shall provide the end consumer (subsequently

referred to as the "Customer") with a manufacturer warranty in compliance with the following

conditions:

I. Warranty Claim and Duration

Lorch shall guarantee to the Customer that the product supplied to the Customer shall be free

from any material and processing faults within the guarantee period, calculated from the date

of purchase, of

5 years for main rectiﬁers and main transformers (solely material replacement from the

fourth year, see Section II, Clause 2),

3 years, but a maximum operating period of 8760 hours for all Lorch welding equipment

and all products "Control", "Feed", "Q-Data", "Q-Sys" as well as "MobilePower 1", up to a

maximum quantity of 1000 charging cycles or a remaining capacity of 70%,

1 year for automation products, TEG equipment and remote controls, water-circulation

cooling devices and drives - like Wirefeed Case, Intermediate Drive, NanoFeeder and

RoboFeeder -, water pumps, ventilators and main contactors, helmets and battery chargers,

and

6 months for replacement parts which were not supplied in conformance with this

manufacturer warranty.

II. Content of the Guarantee

In case of a warranty claim, Lorch shall rectify the defect at its own cost and discretion, either by

repairing or delivering new or rebuilt parts or by exchanging the product for a product of equal

value, including an updated model. Claims from this guarantee shall be fulﬁlled by Lorch or a

distribution partner who is authorised and commissioned by Lorch.
