WARRANTY AND REGULATORY INFORMATION
The Loopcomm Technology Limited Warranty
Warranty Period:
TheLoopcommLimitedWarrantyisforone(1)yearfromthedateofpurchasefornewproducts.Refurbished
productscarrytheLimitedWarrantyforthirty(30)daysafterthedateofpurchase.
Guarantee:
LoopcommwarrantstotheoriginalpurchaserthatthehardwareofthisLoopcommproductshallbefreeofdefectsin
design,assem
bly,material,orworkmanship.
Conditions:
TheLoopcommLimitedWarrantyisforrepairorreplacementonlyatthesolediscretionofLoopcomm.Loopcomm
doesnotissueanyrefundsforpurchasedproduct.IntheeventthatLoopcommisunabletorepairorreplacea
product(i.e.discontinuedproduct),Loopcommwillofferacredittowar
dthepurchaseofasimilarproductofequalor
lesservaluedirectfromLoopcomm.Anyrepairedorreplacementproductswillbewarrantedfortheremainderofthe
originalWarrantyPeriodorthirty(30)days,whicheverislonger.Loopcommreservestherighttodiscontinueanyof
itsproductswi
thoutnotice,anddisclaimsanylimitedwarrantytorepairorreplaceanysuchdiscontinuedproduct.
Loopcommreservestherighttoreviseormakechangestothisproduct,itsdocumentation,packaging,specifications,
hardware,andsoftwarewithoutnotice.IfanyportionoftheLoopcommLimitedWarrantyisfoundtobe
unenforceable,itsremainingprovisionsshallremainineff
ect.AllcostsofshippingtheproducttoLoopcommshallbe
bornesolelybythepurchaser.
Limitations:
INNOEVENTSHALLLoopcommLIABILITYEXCEEDTHEAMOUNTPAIDBYYOUFORTHEPRODUCTFROMDIRECT,
INDIRECT,SPECIAL,INCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESRESULTINGFROMTHEUSEOFTHEPRODUCT,ITS
ACCOMPANYI
NGSOFTWARE,ACCESSORIESORITSDOCUMENTATION.TheLoopcommLimitedWarrantydoesnot
applyif:(a)theproductassemblyhasbeenopenedordamaged,(b)theproductoritssoftwareorfirmwarehasbeen
alteredormodified,(c)theproducthasnotbeenusedandinstalledinaccordancetoLoopcomm’instr
uctions,(d)the
producthasbeensubjectedtomisuse,ornegligence.Loopcommdoesnotguaranteethecontinuedavailabilityofa
thirdparty’sserviceforwhichthisproduct’suseoroperationmayrequire.TheLoopcommLimitedWarrantydoesnot
protectagainstactsofGod,vandalism,theft,normalwearandtear,obsolescenceanden
vironmentaldamagessuch
as,butnotlimitedto,weatherandelectricaldisturbances.TheLoopcommLimitedWarrantyisthesolewarrantyfor
thisproduct.Therearenootherwarranties,expressedor,exceptrequiredbylaw,implied,includingtheimplied
warrantyorconditionofquality,performancemerchantability,orfitnessforanyparticularpurpose.
