TROUBLE SHOOTING
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance please pull the plug out of the socket outlet. Wipe the shell
of the appliance with a soft damp cloth, please do not use an abrasive agent and resolvent,
otherwise, the appliance will damage.

The “Red
LED” is on
when power
connected
The water tank
is full or in
wrong position
Empty the water tank and replace it in correct
position
The float gets
jammed
Press the float and replace the water tank
The
dehumidifier
doesn’t work
The power
supply is cut off
Check if the adaptor is plugged in
DC power
socket loose
Check the DC power socket and the power cord,
ensure it is connected well
The air outlet is
blocked
Maintain the minimum clearance at least 10cm
around the dehumidifier when the unit is operating
