L o g i te c h wa r rants that any hard wa r e product accomp a nying this documentation shall be free from significant

d e fects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Logite ch’s limite d

wa rranty is nontra n s fe rable and is limited to the original purch a s e r. This wa r ranty gives you specific legal rights,

and you may also have other rights which va ry under local laws .

Remedies. Logite ch’s entire liability and your exc l u s i ve remedy for any bre a ch of wa rranty shall be, at Logite ch ’ s

option, to: (a) repair or replace the hard wa re, provided that the hard wa re is re t u r ned to the point of purchase or

s u c h other place as Logite c h may direct, with a copy of the sales receipt, or (b) refund the price paid. Any

replacement hard wa re will be wa rra n ted for the remainder of the original wa rranty period or th i rty (30) days ,

w h i ch ever is longe r. These remedies are void if fa i l u re of the hard wa re has re s u l ted from accident, abuse, or

misapplication, or any unauthorized re p a i r, modification or disassembly. Upon re quest from Logite ch, you must

p r ove the date of original purchase of the hard wa re by a dated bill of sale or dated itemized re c e i p t .

WA R RANTIES. LOGITECH AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WA R RANTIES, INC L U D I NG, BUT NOT

LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WA R RANTIES OF MERC H A N TA B I L I TY AND FITNESS FOR A PA RT I C U LAR PURPOSE AND

P O S S I B I L I TY OF SUCH DA M AGES. IN NO CASE SHALL LOGITECH’S AND ITS SUPPLIERS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE

AC T U AL MONEY PAID FOR THE LOGITECH PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions
