U nplug the speakers from the comp u ter and fro m
the electrical outlet befo r e cleaning them with a
d ry cloth .
I n s tall in accordance with the manufa c t u re r ’ s
i n s t r u c t i o n s .
Place the speakers in a stable location so th ey will
not fall causing damage to the speakers or bodily
h a rm .
Do not use the speakers near wa te r, and do not
immerse them in any liquid or pour any liquid on
th e m .
Do not block the openings in the speake r
cabinets, never push objects into speaker vents or
slots because of fire or electric shock hazards, and
p rovide sufficient space around the speakers fo r
p r oper ventilation.
Do not install near any heat sources such as
ra d i a tors, heat re g i s t ers, stoves, or other appara t u s
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized
plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one
wider than the oth e r. The wide blade is prov i d e d
for your safe t y. If the provided plug does not fit
i n t o your outlet, consult an electrician fo r
replacement of the obsolete outlet.
O p e ra te the speakers only from the low leve l
audio line out jack of the comp u t er or of an audio
d e vice.
P ro t ect the power cord from being wa l ked on or
p i n c hed part i c u l a r l y at plugs, conve n i e n c e
re c e p tacles, and the point where th ey exit fro m
the appara t u s .
O n l y use atta chments/accessories specified by th e
m a n u fa c t u re r.
For added pro tection during lightning sto rm s ,
u n plug the speakers from the electrical outlet and
t u r n off the comp u te r .
U nplug this apparatus when unused for long
periods of time.
Servicing is re qu i red when the apparatus has been
d a m a g ed in any way, such as when the powe r -
s u p p l y cord or plug has been damaged, liquid has
been spilled or objects have fallen into th e
a p p a r atus, the apparatus has been exposed to ra i n
or moisture, does not opera t e norm a l ly, or has
been dropped.
Re f er all servicing to qualified service personnel.
The speakers should be disconnected from th e
mains by placing the powe r / s ta n d by switch in th e
o ff position and unplugging the power cord of th e
s p e a kers from the AC mains re c e p ta c l e .
