Operation Manual

The AudioStation™ uses an advanced, high-fidelity
acoustic design. The acoustic system uses:
• (2) 1” ventilated soft-dome tweeters
• (2) 4” reinforced long-throw polypropylene
woofers
The speaker grilles can be removed, if desired. To avoid
damage, do not touch the speakers.
The AudioStation™ sound field can be adjusted to your
personal listening preferences, as described below.

To adjust the bass level:
1. Press ‘menu’ on the remote


AudioStation™ includes a proprietary ‘3D Stereo’ feature that dramatically widens the sound field. To turn
3D Stereo on and off, use the button on the remote.



Your iPod battery will charge automatically when your iPod is in the
AudioStation™ Universal Dock.

The brightness of the display and the backlit controls is adjustable. To adjust it:
1.
Press ‘menu’ on the remote several times — until ‘Brightness (on)’ appears.
2. Use to adjust the brightness level while AudioStation™ is on.
3. Press ‘
menu’ again. ‘Brightness (off)’ appears.
4. Use
to adjust the brightness level while AudioStation™ is off.

To adjust the behavior of the iPod backlight:
1. Press ‘
menu’ on the remote several times — until ‘iPod Backlight’ appears.
2. Use
to change the backlight behavior.
This setting only affects your iPod when plugged into AudioStation™. This setting may not work on
some older iPod models.


2. Press and hold both ‘source’ and ‘select’ until the ‘Select Language’ screen appears.
3. Use
to select a new language. Press ‘select’ to accept.

If you have an iPod with photo or video capabilities, you can use your AudioStation™ to display your
photos or videos on an external TV. To do so:
1. Connect one end of a composite or S-video cable to the back of your AudioStation™.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your TV.
3. Only use one video out jack at a time.
You must purchase the composite or S-video cable separately.

To clean your AudioStation™ touch screen:
1. Unplug all cables and cords
2. Use a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid getting moisture in openings.
Don’t use aerosol sprays, solvents, alcohol, or abrasives to clean your AudioStation™.

