Voicemail
Voicemail is a service available on request from your operator.
This service becomes the answering machine for your phone line.
The icon is displayed on the screen to let you know one or several messages have
been left on your operator's voicemail.
To listen to you new messages, you must call the voicemail number given to you by
your operator.
1 Changing the voicemail access number
By default, no number is registered.
Enter the menu and, using the DOWN key, select the menu "HS
SETTINGS"
Select "MAILBOX"
Using the alphanumerical keypad, dial the new number
2 Direct access to the voicemail
By default, no number is registered.
Hold the “1” key on the alphanumerical keypad until the configured number appears on
the screen, follow the voicemail instructions.
After having listened to all new voicemail messages and hung up, the icon will
disappear from the screen
Troubleshooting
Check the following items before contacting the after-sales service:
1 Telephone functions
Nothing displayed:
Check that the handset batteries and correctly installed (polarity).
Place the handset on the base to charge the batteries.
Take the batteries out of the handset and put them back again.
The batteries are not charged:
Check the battery polarities.
Clean the handset and base charging strips.
Charge once more.
The icon remains displayed on the screen:
Check that there are no new messages in your operator's voicemail
Erase the messages in your operator's voicemail.
