Select "CHANGE PIN"
"PIN? -----" appears on screen, enter the PIN code using the
alphanumeric keys (the default PIN code is 0000)
"NEW PIN? -----" is displayed on the screen, type in the new PIN code.
"CONFIRM? ----- " is displayed on the screen, type in the new PIN code
a second time, a beep confirms the PIN code change.
Note: When restoring the factory settings, the default PIN code (0000) is automatically
reactivated.
2 – Automatic registration of a MANTA handset with the base
Your MANTA telephone allows you to automatically associate another MANTA brand
handset to your base.
CAUTION: The handset that you wish to associate to your base must not have been
connected to any other base. The message "REGISTER" must appear on screen.
If not, refer to chapter "Disassociating a handset from the base" in the manual for
your additional handset to disconnect it from its base.
To automatically associate your additional handset to the base of your MANTA, simply
place the handset on the base.
"WAIT" appears on screen, the handset and the base are associating, please wait.
When the REGISTRATION is complete, "HANDSET X" appears on the handset screen
(X corresponds to the number of the handset on the base); you can now use your
additional handset.
