2. Inserting and removing the SIM card
The metal contact surface of the SIM card can be scratched easily. Remove the SIM
card from its support carefully before installing it.
 Turn off the phone; remove the back cover, battery or any other external power
supply.
 Insert the normal side (without angled edge) of the SIM card into the cavity
provided for this purpose, with the metal contacts facing downwards. Insert the
second SIM car in the same way.

 To remove the SIM card, pull it directly outwards and remove it completely.
