SAR is ≥ 0.8W/kg.
3. Per KDB 941225 D05v02r05, 100% RB allocation SAR measurement is not required when the highest reported SAR
for 1 RB and 50% RB allocation are 0.8 W/kg.
4. Per KDB 248227 D01v02r02, for 802.11b DSSS , when the reported SAR of the highest measured maximum output
power channel for the exposure configuration is 0.8 W/kg, no further SAR testing is required in that exposure
configuration.
5. Per KDB 248227 D01v02r02, OFDM SAR is not required when the highest reported SAR for DSSS is adjusted by the
ratio of OFDM to DSSS specified maximum output power and the adjusted SAR is 1.2 W/kg. Cuz the maximum
output power specified for OFDM and DSSS are 28.18mW(14.5dBm) and 31.62mW(15.0dBm), the scaled SAR would
be 0.501×(28.18/31.62)=0.446W/Kg<1.2 W/kg, therefore, SAR is not required for OFDM.
6. According to KDB 865664 D02v01r02, SAR plot is required for the highest measured SAR in each exposure
configuration, wireless mode and frequency band combination.
