Note:
1. Head/Body-worn/Hotspot mode SAR assessments are required.
2. Referring to KDB 941225 D06 v02r01, when the overall device length and width are 9cm * 5cm, the test distance is
10mm. SAR must be measured for all sides and surfaces with a transmitting antenna located within 25mm from that
surface or edge.
3. Per KDB 447498 D01v06, for handsets the test separation distance is determined by the smallest distance between the
outer surface of the device and the user, which is 0 mm for head SAR, 10 mm for hotspot SAR, and 10 mm for body-
worn SAR.
