LED backlighting
The LED backlighting
(1
turns your TV set into a shining decoration
object.
The LED backlighting is temporarily controlled via the local control of
the TV or the remote control.
The function of the LED backlighting is reset to the default of System
settings ט Control ט more ... ט LED light module as soon as the
TV set changes its operating mode (switching on or off).
For playback of movies in 3D mode we recommend to disable the
LED backlighting.
If the LED backlighting is activated when the TV set is switched off
(standby mode), it takes a few seconds for further operating com-
mands to be processed.
Controlling the LED backlighting via the local control
Press briefly to switch the LED backlighting temporar-
ily on/off.
Press longer: Change brightness of the LED backlight-
ing (dim the lighting).
As long as you keep the
key depressed, the display
is in an endless loop alternately reducing the lighting to
its minimum and then increasing it to the maximum
again.
When desired brightness is reached:
Release the
key.
Controlling the LED backlighting via the remote control
Press longer to switch the LED backlighting temporar-
ily on/off.
When backlighting is active and when there are no
further on-screen menu displays:
 Increasing / decreasing brightness of the LED
backlighting.
